Patient privacy is taken seriously at Crisp Regional Health Services. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act sets national standards for the security of electronic protected health information. This online tool gives you the flexibility to access your health information and other resources on your time and between visits to the hospital. The CRHS Patient and Consumer Portal is available over the Internet, which means that you can use it from virtually anywhere. You can also use the CRHS Patient and Consumer Portal to access information for family members and individuals for whom you provide care, if given permission.

The information provided below is a comprehensive list of charges for each inpatient and outpatient service or item provided by a hospital, also known as a chargemaster.
- Please note that the listed charges are standard OR average charges.
- For supplies and pharmacy items an average charge was utilized from the supply and pharmacy databases.
- The Posted charge in most instances is per unit and patients may incur multiple units.
- Charges are not necessarily the actual patient responsibility due to application of any individual insurance plan.
- Patient’s out-of-pocket costs are dependent upon the patient’s insurance benefit provisions.
