About us

The correlation of primary care to a healthy life is well documented. Primary care providers (PCPs) work with you to maintain good health and prevent disease and manage chronic and serious illnesses. Making care more convenient in Warwick at our Healthcare Center is good for your health.

Warwick Healthcare Center offers basic clinical and preventive services to those who live in and around Warwick, GA, located in Worth County. The walk-in clinic is staffed by a nurse practitioner, with oversight by a family medicine physician. We care for patients of all ages, beginning at six months old. In addition to treating minor injuries and illnesses, we provide many preventive services such as vaccinations for flu, pneumonia, and shingles.

The center offers on-site EKG and laboratory services for blood and any other testing. We also provide occupational medicine services by appointment.

Pregnant women should consult their obstetrician or, if an emergency, call 911. Individuals suffering chest pain or symptoms of a stroke should also call 911 for immediate transport to the hospital emergency department.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Provider- Kimmie Carden, PA-C

Physician assistants (PAs) are licensed to prescribe medications and diagnose/treat illness and disease. They have completed advanced education and extensive clinical training and work in collaboration with a licensed physician. As part of your integrated medical team, PAs are critical to increasing access to care by expanding the capacity of physician practices across the country.

What We Do
  • Basic primary and healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment of minor injuries and illnesses: i.e., lacerations, sprains, worsening cold, and flu symptoms.
  • On-site EKG and other procedures, as well as laboratory services for blood and any other testing.
  • Preventive care such as blood pressure readings and vaccinations for flu, pneumonia, and shingles.
  • Counsel on care and prevention.
  • Occupational medicine, including pre-employment exams, drug-screening, and required DOT medical exams for commercial trucks and other drivers.

We accept private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay.
